Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
2. Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of working experience.
3. Willingness to be placed Indonesia is a MUST.
4. Passionate about working in the automotive industry and ambitious to become a leader.
5. Possess have good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
6. Have a business sense and a drive for results.

Job Description :

1. Responsible for making good strategic marketing plan for sales unit.
2. Responsible for leading the sales team to achieve the sales target at Astra Daihatsu branches.
3. Responsible for building relationships with customers and understanding their needs.

• MT Admin Supervisor

Requirements :

1. Fresh graduates or maximum of 2 years of working experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Accounting, Management, Finance, or Administration.
3. Passionate about working in the automotive industry and ambitious to become a leader.
4. Have good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
5. Willingness to be placed throughout Indonesia is a MUST.

Job Description :

1. Responsible for creating and budgeting business plans for branch.
2. Responsible for financial statement of Astra Daihatsu branch.
3. Responsible for ensuring all administrative processes in the branch run smoothly according to SOPs.

• MT Part Supervisor

Requirements :

1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, other relevant fields.
2. Maximum of 2 years of working experience or a fresh graduate.
3. Willingness to be placed throughout Indonesia is a MUST.
4. Passionate about working in the automotive industry and ambitious to become a leader.
5. Have a good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Description :

1. Responsible for designing strategic business plans to expand the customer base.
2. Responsible for leading the parts sales team to achieve the sales target.

• MT Workshop Supervisor

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, other relevant major).
2. Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of working experience.
3. Willingness to be placed throughout Indonesia.
4. Have good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
5. Passionate about working in the automotive industry and ambitious to become a leader.

Job Description :

1. Responsible for leading and managing the workshop at Astra Daihatsu branches.
2. Responsible for leading and managing workshop in Astra Daihatsu branch.
3. Responsible for ensuring all workshop processes in the branch run smoothly according to SOPs.
4. Responsible to make branch meets its unit entry target.

• MT Foreman

Requirements :

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, o rother relevant fields.
2. Work experience in a similar field is a plus
3. Interest in the automotive industry, especially in the workshop sector.
4. Work experience in a similar field is a plus.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Willing to be placed in any Astra Daihatsu branch across Indonesia.

Job Description :

1. Responsible for distribution job of mechanics.
2. Determine the most appropriate repair method according to the diagnosis of the level of damage to the vehicle parts.

• MT Service Advisor

Requirements :

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant fields.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Interest in the automotive industry, especially in the workshop sector.
4. Work experience in a similar field is a plus.
5. Strong drive to achieve results/targets.
6. Willing to be placed in any Astra Daihatsu branch across Indonesia.

Job Description :

• Handling customers regarding requests for car unit repairs.
• Conduct initial vehicle checks.
