Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred.
2. At least 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control/Quality Inspector, with at least 1 year in a coordinator/leader role.
3. Experience in quality audits, product inspection, and handling customer complaints.
4. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and product quality standards in manufacturing.
5. Proficient in QA/QC procedures, sampling, inspection, and product testing.
6. Skilled in quality analysis tools (e.g., 7 Quality Tools, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
7. Ability to develop and implement SOPs, work instructions, and quality monitoring forms.
8. Familiar with measuring instruments and basic laboratory testing tools for product quality.
9. Capable of planning, supervising, and evaluating QA team performance.
10. Ability to lead a QA/QC team in executing daily quality assurance activities.
11. Basic skills in training and coaching team members.
12. Proficient in using computers (Microsoft Office).
13. Proficiency in Basic English (at least passive proficiency).
14. Willing to work in shifts (if required).

Job Description:

• Supervise incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final product inspection.
• Ensure all finished products meet company quality standards before delivery to customers.
• Coordinate quality testing activities and analyze inspection results.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for the QA Manager.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues (non-conformance).
• Implement continuous improvement programs in quality assurance.
• Provide guidance and coaching to QA team members to ensure compliance with SOPs and standards.
• Assist in preparing and supporting internal and external quality audits.
